During the pandemic our client decided to have a refresh of their biggest 4 sites, as well as a full fit-out of one of their satellite offices. The client decided they wanted to have a much more collaborative and open feel within the office to encourage flexible working post-Covid.

The focus for this office, was to bring out the character of the local area. Our aim was to enhance the architectural features of the existing building while bringing out the true character of the local area. We achieved this by including more relaxed, soft seating areas, patterned rugs and accessories that represented the local area. The flexible working areas that we included, from relaxed collaboration zones to quiet focus areas, was aimed to create a more kinetic and agile work environment for the staff.

Our proposal included repurposing a lot of their existing products to show how the environment can transform without costing the earth.

"I think there is a much warmer environment, I know the staff currently back in the office really love the new space. It's a lot more modern than what it was before, and I think as a team it will be a lot easier for us to work together."
